Boating
The Harbour Inn is located on quite possibly the finest 16-mile stretch of water for recreational boating on the face of the earth. Boaters' affectionately refer to it as the "Parker Strip," . Because of its ideal sunbelt climate, Parker boating and outdoor recreation begins at the first hint of spring, often as early as mid-March, extending all the way to November's Thanksgiving holiday weekend.
Whether it's a canoe, wave runner, jet ski, jet boat or family speedboat, the Parker Strip welcomes you ! No two-cycle engine bans, or low water problems affect this great stretch of river. Hungry? Just pull up to the restaurant and enjoy some great food and hospitality of our many river front establishments. You can only do that on this stretch of the river!
For those nine months, the Colorado River is alive with boaters, water skiers, wakeboarders, personal watercraft riders and fishermen, all enjoying the natural beauty of this desert oasis.

OCTOBER 22ND, 2011 - BOAT RACES - 7th ANNUAL '300' ENDURO
Once again the parker strip plays host to one of the greatest spectacles in boat racing – The ‘300’ Enduro. On October 22nd the calm waters of the Colorado River in Parker, Arizona will see some familiar faces and some brand new ones that are up to the challenge. Sixty (60) laps of racing will test the mettle and will power of the racers and their equipment.NOVEMBER 25 & 26th, 2011 - BOAT RACES - THANKSGIVING REGATTA
The roars of speedboats return to the beautiful Colorado River for the 65th Annual Thanksgiving Regatta. Come watch this annual event as the Southern California Speedboat Club (SCSC) presents some of the fastest boats on the water. Boats include Stock Outboards, Pro-stock, GN’s, Cracker Box, Tunnel lights and K-boats.NOVEMBER 26th, 2011 - ON THE WATER - LIGHTED BOAT PARADE
Mark your calendar for Saturday November 26th and join us for the Parker Area Chamber of Commerce Annual lighted Boat Parade. The parade begins at the Marina of the BlueWater Resort & Casino at 6 pm. Santa will be on hand to see who has been naughty or nice.FEBRUARY 18th, 2012 - DAM TO DAM - BIG BASS CLASSIC TOURNAMENT
